In the run up to putting MPL Indonesia Season 10 we often get asked lots of  questions relating to the event and ticket sales. We’ve put together this handy guide to help you navigate your way through the process. We are working really hard behind the scenes to try and do everything we can to make sure that tickets end up in the hands of genuine fans. 

Dengan banyaknya antusiasme masyarakat terhadap MPL Indonesia Season 10 ini, kami menerima banyak sekali pertanyaan tentang pertunjukkan maupun penjualan tiketnya. Kami pun berusaha keras untuk menjawab pertanyaan maupun permintaan dari masyarakat. Berikut ini kami berikan panduan dan penjelasan pembelian tiket untuk memastikan para fans bisa mendapatkan tiket dengan mudah. 

Q: How much are the price of the tickets? 

P : Berapakah harga tiketnya? 

• It will have 2 phases (Early Bird and Reguler). Early Bird (July 25-31, 2022 with promo code: MPLCelebrat10ns) ticket price on IDR 40,000 per match. Reguler ticket price on IDR 50,000 per match. 
• Akan ada 2 fase penjualan (Early Bird dan Reguler). Fase Early Bird (25-31 Juli 2022, dengan kode promo: MPLCelebrat10ns) harga tiket Rp 40,000 per pertandingan. Fase Reguler harga tiket Rp 50,000 per pertandingan.

Q: Is the ticket based per match or per day? 

P: Tiket ini per pertandingan atau per hari? 

• It is ticket per match. So, double ensure you are purchasing correct match ticket yea! 
• Per pertandingan, jadi pastikan kembali kamu membeli tiket untuk pertandingan yang sesuai. 

Q: When and where will the tickets go on sale? 

P: Dimanakah tiket akan dijual? 

• Tickets will be sold ONLY in MPL ID S10 ticketing partner, Blibli.com ( blibli.com ). Starts to open on  July 25, 2022. 
• Tiket akan dijual di partner ticketing MPL ID S10 yaitu Blibli.com ( blibli.com ). Mulai dibuka pada    tanggal 25 Juli 2022.

Q: I see this event advertised on another site, can I pre-order from that site? 

P: Saya melihat konser ini diiklankan di situs lain, apakah saya sudah bisa memesan dari situs tersebut? 

• Tickets are only sold in Blibli.com ( blibli.com ) and only tickets from this site is valid for an entry.
• Tiket hanya dijual di Blibli.com ( blibli.com ) dan hanya tiket dari situs tersebut valid untuk masuk.

Q: How many tickets can I buy? 

P: Berapa banyak tiket yang bisa saya beli? 

• We want all of our audience to feel the hype of MPL ID S10 and not limited to several parties, hence we set per name per match can only buy 2 tickets.
• Kami berharap semua penggemar MPL ID S10 dapat hadir dan merasakan sensasinya serta tidak terbatas pada kelompok tertentu. Maka dari itu, kami membatasi untuk setiap 1 (satu) nama dan 1 (satu) pertandingan, hanya dapat membeli maksimal 2 (dua) tiket. 

Q: Can we attend the event in a bigger group?

P: Bisakah saya datang ramai-ramai? 

• That is cool and totally fine. You will need to purchase in separate transactions with your buddies as per account per match can only buy 2 tickets.
• Tentu boleh. Kamu hanya perlu melakukan transaksi terpisah per orang untuk pembelian tiketnya karena per nama per pertandingan kami membatasi jumlah pembelian tiket di 2 tiket. 

Q: When will we receive our tickets? 

P: Kapan saya akan menerima tiket yang saya beli?  

• Average processing duration is 1 (one) hour and after you complete all necessary steps, you will receive your tickets through your registered email. 
• Rata-rata pemrosesan adalah satu jam dan setelah kamu menyelesaikan semua proses pembelian, kamu akan menerima tiket melalui email yang didaftarkan. 

Q: Other than having valid tickets, what are the entry requirements? 

P: Selain memiliki tiket yang valid, apa sajakah persyaratan masuknya? 

• All the requirements are stated in the TnC such as participants must at least 3 doses vaccinated, always following safety protocol, and participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by fullyvaccinated adult above 18 years old.
• Semua ketentuan masuk sudah tertulis di TnC (Syarat dan Ketentuan) seperti, pengunjung harus
  setidaknya tervaksin 3 dosis, selalu mengikuti protokol kesehatan, dan pengunjung di bawah 18 tahunharus didampingi orang dewasa di atas 18 tahun yang sudah divaksin 3 dosis.

Q:Are there any age restriction? 

P: Apakah ada batasan usia untuk menghadiri acara ini? 

• Visitors under 18 years old must be accompanied by adults above 18 years old and fully vaccinated (3 doses).
• Pengunjung di bawah 18 tahun harus didampingi oleh orang dewasa di atas 18 tahun dan tervaksinasi penuh (3 dosis)

Q: What time is the door open? 

P: Jam berapa pintu dibuka untuk pengunjung? 

• Door will be opened 30 minutes before match started and will be closed when the match started. Ensure yourself to come earlier so you will have more time to enjoy the arena.
• Pintu dibuka 30 menit sebelum pertandingan dimulai dan akan ditutup saat pertandingan dimulai. Pastikan kamu datang lebih awal sehingga kamu punya waktu lebih untuk menikmati acara dan arena MPL Indonesia. 

Q: Am I free to go in and out of the venue (re-entry)? 

P: Apakah saya bebas keluar masuk? 

• The break between game is quite limited, we also have facilities and entertainments on ground. Plus  we want to avoid clash in-out visitors, so, re-entry is not permitted.
• Rehat antar permainan cukup singkat, kami juga menyediakan fasilitas dan hiburan di arena, pun kami ingin menghindari tabrakan pengunjung keluar-masuk, jadi, keluar-masuk tidak diperkenankan hingga pertandingan berakhir. 

Q: I am a wheelchair user and would like to attend. Will there be a designated area for wheelchair users at the event? 

P: Saya menggunakan kursi roda dan saya mau datang. Apakah akan ada area khusus untuk saya? 

• We will prepare the area for you, and our officers will gladly help you with your need starting from the entrance to leaving. 
• Kami akan menyiapkan area khusus untuk kamu, serta petugas kami akan dengan senang hati membantu kamu mulai dari masuk hingga meninggalkan arena. 

Q: If I am a disabled person what is the best way for me to make a booking?

P: Jika saya mempunyai kondisi kesehatan khusus, bagaimana caranya saya bisa booking tiket dan tempat duduk?

• You just need to purchase the ticket in Blibli.com. Our on ground officer will escort you to the designated area upon your arrival.
• Kamu cukup beli tiketnya di Blibli.com. Petugas kami di lapangan akan mengarahkan kamu ke area yang telah dipersiapkan ketika kamu tiba.

Q: Can I take photographs at the arena? 

P : Bisakah saya foto di arena? 

• Yes. You can take pictures in the arena. But always keep everyone’s safety and comfort.
• Tentu. Kamu bisa berfoto di arena. Tapi, tetap jaga keamanan dan kenyamanan orang lain ya. 

Q: Will there be a deposit box counter/booth? 

P: Apakah akan ada kotak deposit atau counter di sana? 

• No, we won’t have it in the arena. Please bring only those necessary things to the arena. 
• Tidak, tidak ada kotak deposit di arena. Jadi, bawalah barang seperlunya saja. 

Q: Any further tips on the ticket buying process? 

P: Tips lebih lanjut untuk pembelian tiket MPL Indonesia S10? 

• We want everyone to have a smooth journey buying their tickets. Be ready and prepared and you’ll  sail through the process. Please only buy tickets from the single authorised ticket seller blibli.com.
• Kami ingin memastikan para fans untuk memiliki alur pembelian tiket yang mudah. Penjualan resmi  pun hanya akan dilakukan melalui blibli.com. Para fans sangat tidak disarankan untuk membeli ditempat lain untuk menghindari tindakan percaloan dan penipuan. 

Q: I am not yet fully vaccinated, can I still come to MPL Arena? 

P: Saya belum vaksin penuh 3 dosis, apakah saya masih bisa datang ke MPL Arena?

• Unfortunately no. We are keeping everyone’s safety as our top priority, so only those who are already been vaccinated 3 doses (as what governments recommend) are allowed to come down to MPL Arena. 
• Sayangnya tidak. Kami menempatkan keamanan seluruh pihak sebagai prioritas utama, jadi hanya mereka yang telah tervaksinasi penuh (sesuai anjuran pemerintah) yang diperbolehkan ke MPL Arena. 

Q: I have special medical condition whereby I cannot take vaccine at this moment. How can I still be eligible to visit MPL Arena? 

P: Saya mempunyai kondisi medis khusus dimana saya tidak bisa menerima vaksin saat ini. Bagaimana caranya agar saya tetap bisa datang ke MPL Arena? 

• In that case you may come to the nearest clinic/ doctor to get letter of statement that your case cannot take vaccine at this moment. Then as long as no symptoms/ disease of Covid-19 shown, you are eligible to come to MPL Arena. Please bring along the letter of statement from the clinic/ doctor for our officers to check on ground upon your arrival. 
• Untuk kasus tersebut, kamu bisa datang ke klinik/ dokter terdekat untuk meminta surat keterangan tidak bisa divaksin saat ini. Lalu, sejauh tidak ada gejala atau penyakit Covid-19, kamu bisa datang ke MPL Arena. Bawalah surat keterangan dari klinik/ dokter tersebut untuk petugas kami cek di lapangan saat kedatangan. 

Q: Can I still enter if I am late to the Match? 

P: Bisakah saya tetap masuk apabila saya terlambat datang? 

• Due to the program being broadcast LIVE, we will close the door the moment match starts to reduce and avoid any possible interruption to the broadcast. The door will only reopen after 15 minutes the match starts, you may enter the hall after 15 minutes the match starts. 
• Dikarenakan program ini tayang secara langsung, kami akan menutup pintu saat pertandingan dimulai untuk mengurangi gangguan yang mungkin terjadi terhadap broadcast. Pintu akan dibuka  kembali 15 menit setelah pertandingan berjalan, kamu baru diperbolehkan masuk setelahn
